This concentrated serum adapts the time-honoured Mongolian routine of picking and preparing wild Nettle (Urtica Dioica) to strengthen hair roots and promote hair growth.
Enriched with botanical stimulants, nutrient-rich oils, bio-minerals, and antioxidants, it energises follicles, helps reduce shedding and promotes natural fullness and density.
A defining botanical within the Eternal Blue range, nettle has a long history of use in traditional haircare. Naturally rich in minerals, antioxidants and active plant compounds, it helps fortify the hair while supporting scalp vitality, healthy growth and hair anchorage.
Rosemary contains active antioxidant compounds, including rosmarinic acid. It helps support follicle activity and the natural hair-growth cycle for stronger, fuller hair.

True hair vitality cannot be engineered by isolating a single chemical active in a lab. Yet, the wider industry often relies on isolated interventions that treat surface symptoms, ignoring the underlying biological causes of hair thinning. When you force a biological process rather than supporting it, you risk disrupting the wider ecosystem.
Eternal Blue was founded on a different biological understanding: the human body, much like the plants we use, is a complex, interconnected system. Traditional Mongolian botanical knowledge understood this centuries before modern science had the language for it. Featuring over 95% naturally derived ingredients, each formula is thoughtfully developed with close consideration given to ingredient compatibility, balance, stability, and performance.
We believe efficacy should be demonstrated in the finished formula, not assumed from individual ingredients alone. The complete Eternal Blue Restoring System was independently evaluated in a 150-day in-vivo clinical study under normal-use conditions. 40 participants with dermatologist-confirmed telogen effluvium completed the trial, with changes strictly assessed through phototrichogram imaging, instrumental measurements of hair fibre diameter and tensile strength, and standardised shedding assessments. Conducted by ALS Beauty in accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
Hair fibre diameter was measured at the base using precision micrometry, while tensile strength was assessed under controlled traction. After 150 days of use, hair fibre diameter increased by 11.3% on average, while tensile strength increased by 11.7% on average across participants — both statistically significant results.
In self-assessment, 92.5% of participants rated the products effective for hair thickness, while 82.5% reported that their hair felt stronger and less brittle. A further 87.5% reported improved elasticity, with hair feeling more resilient and less prone to breakage.
Phototrichogram analysis measured changes in the number and density of mature terminal hairs.
After 150 days, average terminal hair count increased by 6.8%, while average terminal hair density increased by 6.9%, with over half of participants showing improvement across both measures — supporting a positive increase in mature terminal hair and the broader improvements seen in hair growth quality.
In self-assessment, 92.5% of participants rated the system effective for hair thickness, while 75% reported that their hair appeared thicker or denser at the roots.
Phototrichogram analysis measured changes in the proportion of fine vellus hairs and mature terminal hairs. Vellus hairs are finer hairs, while terminal hairs are the mature hairs that contribute more to visible hair density and fullness.
After 150 days, the average vellus hair rate decreased by 9.4%, while the average terminal hair rate increased by 2.1% — both statistically significant changes, indicating a shift towards more mature terminal hair growth.
In self-assessment, 90% of participants noticed an improvement in their hair growth, while 85% rated the products effective for hair growth rate.
Hair shedding was assessed through standardised combing and washing tests, counting hairs shed from the root during dry combing. After using the full Eternal Blue set for 150 days, root-shedding decreased by 31.7% on average — a statistically significant result.
In self-assessment, 87.5% of participants rated the products effective at reducing shedding.
